David Smith, JD*

David Smith is a law clerk and recent graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and History, as well as a Masters of International Affairs from the Pennsylvania State University. While at Georgetown, he externed at the Deportment of Transportation's Office of Inspector General and also worked as a research assistant for Georgetown Law's Annual Review of Criminal Procedure.

David is originally from Annapolis, Maryland and you will frequently find him on the water. He is also a diehard Penn State Football and Formula 1 fan. In his spare time he also likes to box and read historical non-fiction.
