During law school, Kaitlynn ("Katy") was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Thomas S. Kleeh, Chief district judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, and a legal intern for the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office. After graduating, Katy began working for Robinson & McElwee, PLLC, in the litigation department before coming to work for Smarter Tax Planning.
In her free time, Katy enjoys hiking with her dogs, reading murder mystery novels, and going on various trips to historic towns to take history tours/go sightseeing.
